We Can't Make a Difference Without You
As a dedicated NGO, we operate entirely through the efforts of our passionate volunteers, there are no paid staff.
This means that every task, from fostering animals to organizing events, is fulfilled by individuals like you. We need a variety of skills and levels of commitment, making it possible for anyone to contribute, whether big or small.
There are numerous ways to get involved, including fostering dogs and cats, assisting at our Adoption Days, or helping at the Cat and Dog Adoption Centres at The Pulse. If you’re skilled in photography, videography, graphic design, or Chinese-English translation, your talents can make a significant impact.

What We Do
Rescue
We rescue animals from various channels, including Government kennels, families who can no longer keep their pets, breeders who no longer want the animals, abandoned animals on the streets and born strays.
Rehabilitate
We provide medical treatment for all rescue animals, including costly surgical procedures, vaccinations, as well as de-flea and de-sex procedures. We make sure the animals are placed in foster homes that offer a safe and welcoming environment to rehabilitate them mentally and physically.
Re-home
Re-home: Our end-goal is to successfully find forever homes for all of the animals that we rescue. Our volunteers carefully screen and guide interested parties through the adoption process so that both adopting families and animals can go home happy.

Fostering
Fostering for PUC provides a loving, temporary home for pets in need until they can find their forever families.
By becoming a foster caregiver, you’re not only helping to alleviate the burden on the charity, but also giving animals a nurturing environment to thrive in.
